I’ll be teaching a playwriting workshop at Stage West in Fort Worth on January 7 along with my friend and fellow playwright Kevin Kautzman. Stage West Theatre in Fort Worth has announced that my play THE SPORTS PAGE will be part of their 33rd season. I got the exciting news in an email from the director, Jerry Russell. The world premiere of THE SPORTS PAGE will take place February 9-March 18, 2012. Their season also includes Stoppard, Shaw, Orton and David Ives. Panndora Productions in California has chosen THE SPORTS PAGE for its 5th Annual New Works Festival. Panndora will stage a rehearsed reading of the script at the Empire Theatre in Santa Ana, CA, on Labor Day Weekend. That’s Saturday, Sept. 3 @ 2 p.m. The author will be in attendance. See you there?
