A very nice run of my play CRISIS at Rover Dramawerks in Texas in June earned this review: “CRISIS is that best of all possible comedies, a spoof that shows us our foibles while offering dry, buoyant wit.” Couldn’t agree more.
And now my football play, WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT? (formerly known as BLUE 88) has been named a semifinalist in the Julie Harris Playwright Award Competition put on by the Beverly Hills Theatre Guild.
Good responses can be hit or miss in this racket. So all this inspires me to give myself the same advice I give every writer whose work I like: Keep Going.
